Our camping holiday snaps
Due to some of the comments on the message boards of www.ukcampsite.co.uk  I have let Annette have a play with the jig saw and the sanding mouse. And yes folks she did cut the panel out
First time and it fits perfectly, her skills of making templates shows when we hang the cut panels with very few minor touches with the sanding mouse.
Left & right: As I mentioned before, I have designed and made a brace out of 3inch x 3/4inch timber that will secure to the remaining down spar and incorporate the push handle.
Left is the brace fitted into place and is glued and screwed, the main down spars can now be screwed together forming the rear of the caravan and pulling both the side and rear of the caravan together. Right : the foam is now glued into place and the wall is ready for the main wall board to be fitted
Left : fitting the rear upper wall panel, securing as normal with no nails glue and panel pins.
Right : the right hand side is now complete .
My next job is to seal all the outside and then  to start building the furniture and get the boss to start the decorating.
